How does the process work?
1. Let's Meet!
You're here and I'm so thankful for that! If you love my style, vibe and what I have to offer it's time to have a meet up and chat about your wedding day plans. This a great way to get to know each other better!
During this meeting we'll chat about the details of your wedding, what's important to you, timelines and focus on creating a package that fits your unique needs. This meeting can be done virtually or in person.
2. Retainer & Contract
After we have our initial meet and you decide to book with me, we can move forward to secure your date with a retainer and contract of services. This is completed digitally through my seamless onboarding system. I am always available to answer any questions about this or any part of your photography booking.
3. Final Timeline Meet
No later than a week before your big day we have our final timeline meet to ensure your timeline and photo list is complete. This also gives us a chance to review any additions or changes to your plans. I want you to feel nothing but confident and relaxed with me on your wedding day.
This final meet ensures every aspect is covered for a smooth and seamless day!
4. Your Wedding Day
On the morning of your wedding day, I will arrive 15 minutes early to set up and to meet your closest friends and family. If your package includes a second shooter I will have them briefed and ready to go to their location. After my arrival, I'll start documenting your wonderful day as it happens. I will provide some direction and prompts when needed but primarily focus on documenting the day authentically as it unfolds.
5. Gallery Delivery
This is the part where you eagerly anticipate reliving your day through images for the first time!
After I leave your reception and return to my office, I start my behind the scenes work. Once I have carefully reviewed your images, they are edited and perfected to tell your wedding story frame by frame. You will receive your digital gallery link via email (always be sure to check your junk mail just incase)
6. Follow Up
After your gallery is delivered, I always follow up with you for any feedback or questions and to make sure you had a great experience!
FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Delivery time is anywhere from 8-11 weeks. This depends a lot on factors like; how many hours of coverage you had or the size of your wedding.
How many pictures will we receive?
This will vary depending on your total hours of coverage, if you had a second shooter and other details that make your wedding unique. I generally aim to produce 55-65 images per hour of coverage.
Can we see a full album from a wedding you shot?
Absolutely! I encourage all my couples to check out my work in depth. This will ensure that you know your investment is in the right place and show a wedding from beginning to end - not just what you see on my website or social media.
What if we're running behind but still need coverage?
Rest assured - I don't drop everything and run when your shoot time is closing. If needed, an additional hour of coverage is always available at my current pricing. I always check with my couples before I leave site.
How do you choose your second shooter?
My second shooters are carefully chosen. I consider several qualities before hiring someone to join me on your wedding day. I generally have a consistent second shooter that I work with often and trust.
Can we share our digital gallery?
Yes! There is a link you can share with friends and family so they can easliy re-live all of the amazing moments with you.
Are you insured?
Yes! If your venue requires your vendors to provide proof of insurance, I can send them a copy of my policy.
Do you offer payment plans?
After your deposit is paid, there are flexible payment options to accommodate your needs.
Do we get printing rights to our photos ?
Yes, all of your photos are covered for personal print production. I highly encourage my couples to get hard copies of their memories!
Do you charge for additional photos?
No, I deliver all of the best photos that tell the story of your day.
